The PNP software installation requires only an available network IP address for each device and a Windows XP (or newer) PC. Contact your network administrator for an available IP address.

CTS can preconfigure each device and software component for you to simplify the installation process.

Plug-N-Play display requirements:

Windows XP, 2003, or Windows Vista.

Plug-N-Play alarm notification requirements:

Windows XP, 2003, or Windows Vista. Microsoft Outlook running on the monitoring PC.

Plug-N-Play reporing requirements:

Windows XP, 2003, or Windows Vista. Microsoft Office 2000 (or newer) running on the monitoring PC.
